The Leisurely Way to END Arthritis Pain

(GoHealthier.com)

If you have arthritis, life can feel like you’re always invited to the party… but you never feel good enough to go.

Things like rotary club picnics… neighborhood pickleball tournaments… and even the grandkids’ baseball games… can all feel impossible because of the never-ending pain and stiffness.

But you shouldn’t have to give up all of your favorite things.

Now you don’t have to.

Because new research shows that there’s one leisure activity that can END your arthritis symptoms.

And you can get back in the game today!

I’m talking about playing golf.

That’s right! Hitting the links can keep your arthritis at bay.

In the study, researchers from the University of South Australia surveyed 459 golfers with arthritis, asking them to rate their health and psychological distress (feelings of fatigue, sadness, anxiety, fear, etc., that can lead to increased levels of pain)

At the end, they found that 90 percent of the golfers self-reported their overall health as being:

  • Good,
  • Very good,
  • Or excellent.

And regarding psychological distress, only eight percent of golfers reported having high levels of these feelings.

This means up to 92 percent of golfers with arthritis FEEL BETTER than folks who don’t play the game.

And there’s good reason for these incredible results…

You see, golf requires you to stay active. Between walking the holes and putting on the green, this game keeps your muscles and joints working.

Even better? You’re spending time OUTDOORS.

Research shows that being outside can also improve your health, mood, and stress.

I don’t know about you, but the research has me calling for a tee time!

If you’ve been out of the game for a while, take it easy getting back in.

You can start by just walking the course for a few holes before joining a friend for a round.

Or get warmed up at the driving range.

Anytime spent on the green will help you feel better.
