The 3 Reasons Why You Should Use Butter Every Day

What do you think of when you hear the words “healthy diet?”

Do you instantly think of fiber-rich foods like steel cut oats or whole wheat breads?

I am going to go out on a limb and state that when you hear the term “healthy diet,” you probably think of the following foods:

Butter contains a boatload of nutrients that are needed for optimal health!

And when you think of being – and staying healthy – you should think about your immune system and how it fights off the very bacteria that could make you sick – sometimes deathly sick.

Well, butter may help!
